We usually carry out all product development and all production ourselves.
Therefore, more than 10% of our workforce is assigned to product development, design, construction and preparation of drawings, and about 25% of our employees are on a regular basis involved in product development as an important part of their work.
The high degree of self-production is also the reason why we have highly competent production supervisors, who are often important premise providers during the implementation of new projects.
There are of course exceptions; we may temporarily hire personell with special competence. We can also outsource simple production tasks because of capacity limitations.
