Power up to 330 HP.
The concept behind counter rotating thrusters is that the rotation energy from one thruster is regained in the next, so that the water in total is supplied with as much axially directed, useful energy as possible, and that this is being transformed into driving power.
And the hydraulic arrangement automatically assures that the two thrusters adjust each other perfectly.
The thruster is as easy to mount as our simple types, but both length and price are relatively higher.
The gain is that the thrust surpasses most devices with the same power (HP) and diameter.
